Get Real : Documentary Theatre Past and Present

'Get Real' seeks to explore the aesthetic development of Documentary theatre from both historical and geographical perspectives. The volume includes chapters from leading and emerging international scholars working in the field of Documentary Theatre. It looks at the development of the genre from a range of perspectives – historical and national. Forsyth and Megson collaborated closely throughout the process of preparing this volume and in equal measure prepared the book, from drafting the initial book proposal to final proofing, as well as co-composing the index and preface. Forsyth contributed her own sole authored and peer reviewed chapter.
