Additional information

Eaves initiated the collaboration of Nottingham with the Ukrainian group, who grew and supplied the bulk InSe crystals. With his colleagues in Nottingham, he co-supervised one PhD student (Mudd) whose experimental work on the optical and electrical properties of InSe nanosheets demonstrated strong quantization effects and tuneable near-infrared photoluminescence emission.
