Additional information

<28> Originality: A challenge for neuroscience is to describe gray matter morphology from individual MRI scans in a concise and useful way. Using Graph theory, we proposed a new method that provides a statistical description of individual gray matter as a network.

Significance: This method provides a tool to characterize different clinical groups. We are now studying its use and potential as a diagnostic tool in schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease. A number of laboratories have expressed interest in using the method and our code.

Rigour: Published in high profile journal, Cerebral Cortex (Impact factor 6.84).
