Additional information

The first experimental exploration of electronic transport in graphene at high carrier density using ionic liquid gated devices. The paper demonstrates that a new regime of transport at high carrier density is experimentally accessible in graphene. In this regime it is expected that phenomena such as superconductivity and magnetism may occur. As ionic liquids are simple materials and their use in actual large-scale applications truly appears realistic, this work can have an impact on application-driven research with graphene-based materials.
