<9> This paper was developed as part of research with Mr Ben Stopford, a systems architect at Barclays at the time and now a distributed system project manager at The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), London. The paper was the start of an ongoing programme of collaborative academic-industry research into agile software development with RBS; one output from this collaboration was recently presented at a flagship: 8thIEEE International Conference on Global Software Development (August 2013) in Bari.
