Additional information

<15> This is the first time that a 3D mannequin has been used to indicate location and site of pain in a software application; moreover it is one which has also been developed for mobile platforms (initially Windows Mobile and now Android). The work reported in it has attracted media interest from the UK (BBC, Radio5, Daily Mail, Daily Telegraph) and abroad (South Africa, Belgium, Portugal, USA, India) from stakeholders across the spectrum: clinicians, academics and IT companies.
