Additional information

This work built on collaborations with Warwick University and led to the founding of Cambridge CMOS Sensors which now employs 10 people and has obtained funding of ~GBP4M from Cambridge Enterprise, EEDA and the European Commission (ID_in_audit_file@ccmoss.com). Collaborations have been initiated with Woosuk University, Korea (Prof Maeng, ID_in_audit_file@gmail.com). It led to further funding from ETRI, Korea (LPC microheater for Nanoparticle growth, RG56736 June 2009-Jan 2010, GBP76,884). Milne has been invited to present a number of invited talks in this area: ICMAT 2013, Pittcon 2010, IEEE Taiwan 2013, TFT vs ULSI 2009, APS 2009, IITC 2008, KCIST 2008 and IC4N 2008.
