Additional information

This edited book arises from a colloquium co-organised by Adlington, Lockwood and Wright, which identified the research questions addressed in the collection. The editors have since shared equally the tasks associated with the production of the edited book. These include commissioning, reviewing and preparing for submission eight chapters besides the chapters written by volume editors Adlington and Lockwood; correspondence with contributors and the Press up to and including copy-editing; and the equal co-writing and production of the volume’s preliminaries, 4500-word Introduction and end matter. Adlington also contributed as sole author 'Chaplains to embassies: Daniel Featley, Anti-Catholic controversialist abroad'.
