Additional information

The research in this paper demonstrates how to find the optimal configuration for agent-based propagation mechanism with different communication schemes. It describes developments in propagation limitation strategy of agents and is now being adapted for use in pervasive social and mobile systems. This research directly led to funding for an EU FP7 research project (€272k, ref: PIEF-GA-2010-274375, Error Propagation Phenomenon), on which Krol is the PI. The paper also led to several collaborative projects in cooperation with Prof. Toyoaki Nishida (Kyoto University) and with Prof. Klaus Meyer-Wegener (Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nurnberg).
