Integer ambiguity resolution in GPS satellite-based Precise Point Positioning (PPP) is a current bottleneck in the provision of cm level accuracy.  This work advances the development of a high precision real-time PPP capability to be used for safety-of-life applications such as monitoring and early warning of tsunamis, earthquakes and landslides.
