Arbitration (2nd edition)

It is requested that F Davidson, ‘Arbitration’ is treated as double-weighted. Although nominally a second edition, its writing was prompted by the transformation of the Scots law of arbitration from a common law system to a system based on statute. It is therefore effectively a new book and a very large book – 904pp. Being written for the Scottish Universities Law Institute, it is expected to be entirely definitive. Accordingly, it is not only comprehensive it its coverage, but goes into issues in the greatest possible depth, covering a huge array of sources. It represents a massive research effort.
