Additional information

<27>This paper reports the results from the first of three cycles in the European Union funded DEHEMS project. The Salford University team were responsible for leading the research on the relationships between the system and its users, including needs/requirements analysis as well as defining and implementing the objectives, research methodology and data analysis for each cycle. We also had primary responsibility for the overall architecture of the system and the user-interface design, making a significant impact to both the technical and user-related aspects of this socio-technical project.
