Additional information

<13>This research has applications in improving the quality of streaming music on wireless networks, and it led to a UK Patent Application for "A System and Method for Streaming Music Repair and Error Concealment" (filing #0908879.0). In addition, an International PCT application, PCT/EP2010/057014, was filed claiming priority from the UK Patent. This has led to Proof-of-Concept funding from Invest NI of £85K. The commercialisation is expected to lead to a spinout.
