Additional information

This paper is the first systematic study of the effects of wing oscillations on flow reattachment and vortex reformation over low aspect ratio wings. The results have significant impact on improving the gust response of Unmanned and Micro Air Vehicles. The study was supported by a Research Councils UK Academic Fellowship in Unmanned Air Vehicles and the EPSRC grant EP/C015258/1 (£71k).
