This work presented a novel approach to the development of practical simulation models of adjustable speed drives subjected to short supply interruptions and voltage sags, which enables accurate modelling of their transient performance. The results from the paper are validated in tests and are now incorporated in CIGRE Technical Report TR412 (ISBN:978-2-85873-099-5) of the joint CIGRE/CIRED/UIE Working Group C4.110, where Djokic was invited to serve as Co-Chair.
