Additional information

This paper was the central component of a successful proposal for a European Research Council Starter Grant ALORS (GBP1.2M, no. 2590620). It led to i) Juniper's fully-funded invitation to spend 3 weeks at KTH Stockholm in May 2013, ii) his keynote talk at the 2013 Flow-Nordita summer school, iii) provision of an early stage researcher grant from the Marie Curie Research Network ANADE (GBP196k, no. 289428), and iv) an invited talk at a conference in honour of the 65th birthday of Sebastien Candel, Ecole Centrale Paris. Chandler continued this work as a post-doc in the Maths Department at Bristol University.
