Work from the neuGRID project resulting in the use of a provenance service for traceability of neuroimaging processes in a service oriented architecture on data from MRI images, for the purposes of identifying bio-markers for Alzheimer’s disease. Used by 3 organisations. (Names available on request) The research led to the later development of a general-purpose analysis service in the N4U project in the context of a so-called ‘Virtual Laboratory’.
