<2> Robotics: Robotic autonomy. This paper solves for the first time the problem of mathematically modelling a swarm of wirelessly networked robots in unbounded space. Future real-world robotic swarms will need to be validated for correct and safe operation and the work of this paper contributes to that aim. The paper is the outcome of a collaboration with the Distributed Intelligent Systems and Algorithms Laboratory (DISAL) at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
