Reviewer comment “Excellent paper describing field testing and data processing …”. Field-leading collaborators from Portugal (filipema@fe.up.pt ) and Hong Kong (siukuiau@liverpool.ac.uk -now Liverpool professor) achieved significant career benefit from the exercise. The data allowed exploration of extreme limits of operational modal analysis procedures by French developer of state of the art commercial software (Artemis: Laurent.Mevel@inria.fr). The results are used to interpret performance data from the bridge monitoring technology that has underpinned several EU/EPSRC research proposals since 2010. Exercise was reported in keynote at 2009 Experimental Vibration of Civil Engineering Structures international conference.
