Additional information

This paper demonstrates a novel miniaturised biosensor with the potential application in diabetes diagnosis. The device is based on the principle of detecting dielectric changes using microwave distributed MEMS transmission lines, which is a truly non-invasive sensing mechanism. The idea of the paper is the base of a previous Royal Society research project.
