<22> Co-authored with researchers from the National Institute of Informatics, this paper discovered an error in an existing method developed by SRI for biological network analysis and proposed a means of overcoming this error. The discovery became the basis for a recent collaboration between the University of Bristol and SRI International (Program Manager, Computer Science Laboratory, SRI International: for contact details see audit file). The work also led to the start of an ongoing collaboration between Ray and Schaub (Potsdam) which has led to an EPSRC grant (EP/K035959/1).
