Additional information

<28> Humans and mice have a similar gene repertoire; one way of explaining the difference in the organisms is the large combinatorial complexity of transcriptional regulation found in humans. In this paper bioinformatic algorithms are applied to terrabyes of high throughput experimental data to study the associated network and generate an atlas.
