Additional information

<07> This paper introduced the first systematic method for partitioning a workflow over public and private clouds so as to exploit both, while meeting security requirements. It is rigorously defined, and backed by a tool that was used to generate the results given in the paper. It led to several invitations to give keynotes at international conferences, including Science Cloud 2012, SWEET 2013 and SEMISH 2013. It has been applied to healthcare applications in the RCUK SiDE Digital Economy Hub. This is an extended version of a paper that won the best paper award at IEEE CloudCom 2011.
