Additional information

Moon carried out the corpus analysis in both studies presented in this article. The second, more substantial study was based on a much earlier and more limited unpublished study by Caldas-Coulthard; Moon's later version was much more extensive and drew on a much larger data set. Moon carried out both the original and published versions of the first study presented in this article. Moon also carried out the editorial work on the article, including preparation for publication.
