Additional information

This book was the culmination of a ten year study of solicitor and family mediator academic, training, accreditation and code of conduct requirements as evidenced through the corpus of official documentation the professional bodies produced to inform academics, legal trainers and legal and mediation professionals. It was undertaken using a grounded theory method, which has rarely been used on documentary sources.
