<23> This paper describes a novel method that adheres to the recent Manifold Learning research field. The paper is also in line with the latest research on video surveillance, a topic of great interest in the computer vision research area. The novelty of the approach stems from the development of a method that works in space-time when current methods only deal with either space or time separately. The paper is expected to attract attention in computer vision, manifold learning and video surveillance areas of research.
