Although this is a paper written in collaboration with the AMI Consortium, the large majority of the material is my own work. I observed, calibrated and mapped the data that went into the survey, wrote algorithms to improve the data processing pipeline, produced the source catalogue, put the final data into its publicly available format, wrote the paper and addressed the comments of the referee.
