Additional information

This is an extension of my long-standing work on graph-partitioning and the JOSTLE software toolkit. Since its release in 1995, JOSTLE has gained a worldwide user community of over 150 licensed sites including groups based at NASA, the US National Laboratories at Los Alamos, Argonne & Sandia and in universities around the world. As part of this work I maintain a frequently cited archive of the best-known graph-partitioning solutions and as a result was one of the 4-strong advisory committee for the 10th DIMACS implementation challenge (http://www.cc.gatech.edu/dimacs10/organization.shtml) alongside members from Sandia National Labs, AT&T and Intel. 7 citations.
