Additional information

This research addresses the development of optimal marine operations for installation and maintenance ocean energy converter arrays, focusing on weather windows modelling using the south west of England as case studies. This study has been used to develop a industrial software 'Mermaid' by Mojo Maritime (http://mojomaritime.com/), and has contributed to a successful Marie Currie ITN proposal. The study has further aided the work of Mojo Maritime and provides an element in the strategy for O&M procedures and in the development of a novel high flow installation vessel for ORE devices.
