Additional information

<15> Despite being a recent publication in 2010, this paper has attracted peer references from prestigious journals such as The Computer Journal (Oxford), IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, and IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics (4 times). Since the Scalable version of the High Efficiency Video Coding standard (SHEVC) is currently still under development, this paper is among the very first in the area addressing holistically the algorithm-level design and the practical implementation of scalable video streaming over the multiple network paths between the service provider and a moving network. Grecos focused on the design aspect whilst Wang focused on the implementation.
