Additional information

<4> This paper is a revolutionary exploration of polychromatic set theory, which was invented for aviation and manufacturing industry, for spectrum access in cognitive radio networks. It underpins the investigation of an EPSRC project “A universal PAN Architecture for Monitoring Multiple Chronic Conditions (EP/E024734)”. The application of polychromatic set theory was further extended to network routing (REF1). A thorough investigation of applying polychromatic set theory in computer networks is being conducted, which could lead to a development of a simple tool to describe the details of computer networks, which no other tools can do this so far or either too complex to do it.
