Double-weighted statement

This output is claimed for double-weighting since it constitutes a detailed and comprehensive final report of a large-scale, two year, externally-funded project, led by Mortimore, who is also the principal author of the report. This ambitious project was composed of three interlinked studies, each of which corresponds to a section of the report: an intervention study comparing the impact of strategies (Section C:1); verification of the screening instrument by comparison with a full specialist assessment procedure (Section C:2); and a qualitative study exploring the human experience of the intervention through questionnaires, interviews and focus groups (Section C:3).
