Application of relationship marketing and management: a large contractor case study
This research has focused upon organisational behaviour in project businesses, project teams and the interface between them. This paper comes from industry links, some consultancy and a KTP with VINCI. The impact was an improved strike rates and win-strategies. 6 conference papers were produced (e.g. Chambers et al, 2009).
I was responsible for most of the paper’s content. It forms part of a programme of publications on marketing (Smyth and Kioussi, 2011a, 2011b) and relationship management (e.g. Smyth et al, 2010; Gil et al, 2011).
It aligns with the School’s work on collaboration and capabilities around projects.
