Additional information

This and an earlier paper (2011 APL 98, 033303) resulted from a British Council/DAAD (Germany) funded collaboration. Here, by operating the FerroFET in a non-conventional mode, results were obtained which challenge the conventional view for the origin of the observed instability in organic ferroelectric memories.
