Additional information

This paper describes the proof of concept work on a two phase composite micro-mechanical model for cementitious materials developed by the authors. This innovative work laid the foundations for later constitutive models, taken up by industry, which employ the micro-mechanical components developed. These models have been used on large-scale commercial projects (for details see Impact Template, Ref Paul.Lyons@lusas.com).
