Additional information

This research produced a novel 3D phase unwrapping algorithm that combines the advantages of two world leading 3D algorithms and outperforms them. The algorithms have enjoyed an excellent take-up by researchers around the world such that it is now highly ranked in Google when searching for 3D phase unwrapping. The work is used primarily in robot vision systems. The code is publically available and can be downloaded from http://www.ljmu.ac.uk/GERI/90202.htm.
