<32> This study reports on the success of a unique, transformative instructional design for a 'computing for all' course, and involves data collection from over 500 students.  Elements of this research have influenced the UK Computing At School group's "A Curriculum for Schools", the Scottish Qualification Authority's new National 4 and 5 qualifications, the Royal Society of Edinburgh exemplification materials for Scottish schools computing science, and the US CE-21 CS education programme for schools.  ICER is the top conference for computer science education research.
