<04> Part of a series of works by the author on the "Skiplinks" system for onchip networking. This paper provides a theoretical analysis of a routing algorithm to be run on top of the physical Skiplinks system. The paper resulted in Hollis being invited to be "Industrial Chair" at the "The Fifth ACM/IEEE International Symposium on Networks-on-Chip (NoCS 2011)" in Pittsburgh, held May 1-4, 2011.
