Additional information

This is a multidisciplinary article aimed at the wide readership of practitioners involved in the provision and maintenance of public green space. The findings of the report have been well cited in articles relating to the development of wind farms, where balancing potential visual and acoustic intrusion is a key planning consideration. The study also featured in the Institute of Acoustics Bulletin, where the ability of the developed model to support engineering decisions, particularly those concerned with urban green space, was recommended.
