Additional information

<15> The work is significant because it reveals new insights in the trade-offs between increased throughput and data integrity maintenance focussing on customisation and the roles of Web services consumers and providers. The work has been used by researchers at the Universities of Oviedo, Spain (R Casado and J Tuya) and Oxford Brookes, UK (M Younas) in their development of multi-dimensional criteria for testing web services transactions. It has also been of influence to researchers (D Levy , R Calvo ) from the University of Sydney, Australia in their development of financial, compensation-based, transaction management for service-oriented business collaborations.
