Not Dead Things: The dissemination of popular print in Britain, Italy, and the Low Countries, 1500-1900, was co-edited with with Jeroen Salman and Roeland Harms. Raymond collaboratively wrote the introduction (12,200 words) with the two other editors: this included meetings as well as shared drafts. He contributed the single authored chapter 10 (9,800 words). As the sole native English speaking editor, Raymond copy-edited the whole volume with an eye on idiom.
