Additional information

One of the first papers to report theoretical investigation of error analysis for subcarrier modulated FSO communications under weak to strong atmospheric turbulence regimes. This was part of EU Cost Action IC0802 (2008-2012) (20 partners from 18 countries), with Ghassemlooy on the Management Committee. The work led to an invitation to write a book on Optical Wireless Communication – systems and channel modelling, CRC 2012, a book chapter (17), MWCNLCD (Eds. S A Fares et al) INTECH 2010, ISBN 978-953-307-042) with 7000+ downloads (http://www.intechopen.com/books/) and a keynote talk at the 5th International Conference ITST(2010 UK).
