Additional information

This is the first development of the separation of semiconducting carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with unique interface control. Another highlight of this work is the first demonstration of self-sorted single walled CNT network systems with stable transistors, deposited from solution. This led to the demonstration of high-performance CNT network transistors, reported in Nature Communications (DOI:10.1038/NCOMMS1545(2011)). It was also pursued in collaborations with groups in Stanford (Professor Zhenan Bao) and UC Davis (Prof. Giulia Galli). Patent applications have also been made (US20120104328 A1, US20080234424 A1).
