Double-weighted statement

The scope and depth of this output is such that double weighting is requested. This book assesses the necessity of reforms of merger control in Europe. The research necessitated the analysis of case law from a number of jurisdictions (EU, UK, New Zealand, Australia, USA) in order to identify cases that prove the gap in the law. The features that give rise to such cases were identified so as to suggest a 'typical' market structure where merger enforcement would fall in this gap of the law. The resulting monograph is equivalent to at least two outputs.
