Additional information

This paper presents the first definitive complete data sets for novel single-crystal materials for sensors and actuators. By undertaking a rigourous assessment of the materials data available in the literature we identify significant inconsistencies (>5%) and we present the corrected data. The data sets in this paper will thus enable more accurate transducer modelling and design. The work is a result of an international collaboration and underpinned an ERC Advanced Investigator award to Bowen where these materials will be examined for energy-harvesting applications (Novel Energy Materials: Engineering Science and Integrated Systems, European Research Council, Euro2.2M, Project 320963).
