Additional information

<20> Although the VeSeL project has now ended, the STE matrix is currently used as model of how to translate sociotechnical and cultural insights into requirements and design decisions in projects with stakeholders in multidisciplinary and multicultural contexts. A recent example of this is that Abdelnour-Nocera has been invited to present the STE Matrix at a workshop with global Danish companies organised by IT University of Copenhagen in October 2013. This workshop will offer industry practitioners concrete examples of how cultural research in HCI can be used to support the design interactive products in a multinational and cross-cultural contexts.
