Comparative pharmacokinetics between a microdose and therapeutic dose for clarithromycin, sumatriptan, propafenone, paracetamol (acetaminophen), and phenobarbital in human volunteers
a. The author made a substantial contribution to the conception and design of the study; to the organisation of the conduct of the study; to carrying out the study (including acquisition of study data); and to the analysis and interpretation of study data, conducting all of the in vitro pharmacokinetics study along with analysis and presentation of PK parameters for comparison to the microdose PK study and b. The author helped draft the output for important intellectual content, writing the in vitro study report which was submitted to EUMAPP and the data was subsequently used in this paper.
