Additional information

<24> A new statistical method is developed for analysing interdependencies between multiple simultaneously recorded spike trains. It is important to estimate the strength of influence and find how this strength changes under different stimulations and experimental conditions. This is a unique, novel method for analysing experimental data. The method has already attracted attention and there are several research groups which have used our software for specific recordings and reported interesting results on study their experimental data (e.g. Berry et al., 2012, Journal Neuroscience Methods; Sacerdote et al., 2012, Brain Research).
