Additional information

<20> This paper reports an interview study with workers in a corporate law firm and an analysis using the Concept-based Analysis of Surface and Structural Misfits (CASSM) method. It present a unique analysis of current awareness information use and reuse in a corporate setting and was the first to demonstrate how CASSM can be used to derive user-centred information presentation requirements for current awareness updates in the interests of efficiency of key outcomes. The paper therefore contributes to thinking on user-centred evaluation. The Journal of Documentation is a leading Information Science academic journal with a long and distinguished history. The 2012 impact factor of the journal is 1.138.
