The idea that non-linear magnetic structures are components of plasma turbulence at the dissipation scale in the fast solar wind is a new development of Li's earlier works (Li et al. 1998 ApJ, Kohl et al. 1998 ApJ, Cranmer et al. 1999 ApJ, Li et al. 1999 JGR) which have attracted nearly 700 citations.
